While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that parsed data — including coverage amounts, expiration dates, or coverage types — is correct, complete, or current. You are solely responsible for verifying all certificate information before relying on it for any business, legal, or compliance purpose.
We make reasonable efforts to protect and back up your data; however, SubSafe shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to data stored on the platform. You are encouraged to maintain independent copies of any critical documents or records.

SubSafe integrates with third-party services including Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and Resend for email delivery. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of these third-party services, nor for any damages arising from their use.
