We collect information you provide directly: your email address, password, and business data you enter into SubSafe (subcontractor names, contact information, and certificate of insurance details). We also collect usage data such as log files and browser information.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, send automated reminders and notifications, process payments, respond to support requests, and communicate about your account.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a PostgreSQL database platform with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. PDF documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@subsafe.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of the request.
We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted data storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SubSafe uses cookies solely for authentication purposes (to keep you logged in). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
