By accessing or using SubSafe ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
SubSafe is a software-as-a-service platform that helps general contractors track certificates of insurance (COIs) for their subcontractors. The Service includes document storage, automated reminders, and compliance reporting features.
You must create an account to use SubSafe. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
SubSafe is offered on a subscription basis at $14.99/month. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required. After the trial, a valid payment method is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the Service's operation. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload or enter into the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.
SubSafe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. SubSafe is a tracking tool and does not constitute legal or insurance advice. You are responsible for verifying the validity of insurance coverage independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubSafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any claims arising from uninsured subcontractors on job sites.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
